Mass PPE Distribution to Assisted Living / Long-Term Care Facilities
Seminole County Emergency Management delivered critical personal protective equipment to nearly 80 assisted living and long-term care facilities in the County last Friday, December 11. Approximately 123,000 items were distributed, including N-95 masks, procedural masks, gowns, gloves and hand sanitizer. The deliveries of PPE are in response to a rise in cases statewide paired with the increased amount of visitors to assisted living and long term care facilities through the holidays.
